Armed with a background in Psychology, Nicole loves to dig into the consumer psyche to uncover why we do what we do, the way we interact with the world, and identify what drives consumer behavior. She has invested in Fay, Dutch, Headway, Nécessaire, Pavilion, Craftwork, DUOS, Stadium Goods (acquired by FARFETCH), among others, and is known for her sharp, relentless support of founders.

Nicole joined Forerunner in 2013, just after its inception, and has risen through the ranks from her early days as an associate to her current role as Partner. Prior to Forerunner, Nicole worked with SapientNitro, a leading brand and digital strategy consultancy where she supported Fortune 500 retailers on their global retail strategies.
