Biography

Alicia Prodromou believes great operations start with knowing the people you support — their priorities, their rhythms, and what they need before they ask. As Forerunner's Executive Assistant, she supports the partners day to day and provides comprehensive executive and operations support across the portfolio and the extended Forerunner community, keeping the firm running smoothly behind the scenes.

Before Forerunner, Alicia earned a double major in Psychology and Human Development from UC Davis, then went on to support teams at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Alliance Bernstein, and BioMarin Pharmaceuticals — building over a decade of experience across venture, finance, and life sciences. Whether she's juggling competing priorities or connecting people across the network, she brings an even-keeled presence and a genuine interest in people to everything she does.
